K-HOSPITAL+ HEALTH TECH FAIR 2026 has opened at COEX in Seoul, bringing together medical devices, hospital technologies, artificial intelligence, robotics and digital healthcare solutions under the theme of the intelligent hospital.
Hosted by the Korean Hospital Association, the exhibition runs from 19 to 21 August and covers medical imaging and diagnostics, surgery and endoscopy, laboratory equipment, rehabilitation, medical software, telemedicine, healthcare analytics and medical robotics.
The 2026 programme places particular emphasis on the use of artificial intelligence and robotics across hospital operations and clinical care.
KHF said the concept of the intelligent hospital reflects a shift from individual digital systems towards environments where clinical, administrative and operational processes are increasingly connected through data and automation.
The exhibition includes technologies spanning medical imaging and diagnostic equipment, surgical and endoscopy systems, hospital infrastructure, laboratory and clinical chemistry equipment, rehabilitation technologies and medical information systems.
Medical robots, telemedicine and healthcare analytics are also represented across the exhibition.
A series of conferences and forums is running alongside the exhibition, with sessions covering medical AI, digital pathology, smart hospitals, cybersecurity, physical AI and digital healthcare regulation.
On the opening day, the programme includes sessions on advanced medical device R&D and commercialisation, digital medical product regulation, digital pathology and overseas clinical trials for digital medical products.
A separate forum on healthcare AI transformation is examining strategies for integrating medical AI into clinical practice.
Physical AI and surgical assistance robots are also among the topics being discussed during the Korea Healthcare Forum.
The programme continues on 20 August with the K-Digital Healthcare Summit 2026, a digital pathology and AI conference, a digital health information security conference and discussions covering remote critical care and smart hospital procurement.
The final day will include sessions examining AI medical device approval cases and regulatory trends across Korea, the United States and Europe, as well as the clinical application of AI in pathology.
KHF 2026 will continue at COEX Hall C and D in Seoul until 21 August.
