ICMR inks MoU with CDSCO to fortify testing & validation ecosystem of in vitro diagnostics

A groundbreaking partnership has been announced between the Indian Council of Medical Research (ICMR) and the Central Drugs Standard Control Organization (CDSCO), aimed at fortifying the Testing and Validation Ecosystem for In Vitro Diagnostics (IVDs).

Both organisations have formalised their collaboration through a signed Memorandum of Understanding (MoU). This partnership heralds a new era of synergy, innovation, and excellence in the realm of healthcare diagnostics.

The focus of this collaboration is to enhance the quality, efficacy, and safety of IVDs through robust testing and validation mechanisms.
