McCrae Hospitals, a Kiwi-owned health tech spinoff of Orion Health, has partnered with Franco-Vietnamese (FV) Hospital, marking a major step in advancing digital healthcare solutions in Vietnam. The announcement was made during a signing ceremony attended by New Zealand Prime Minister Christopher Luxon.

The partnership enables McCrae Hospitals to implement Orion Health’s Hospital Information Systems (HIS) and Virtuoso Patient Portal, enhancing patient care for over 770,000 patients and streamlining workflows for clinicians. The AI-driven platform facilitates seamless hospital-to-home transitions, integrating with electronic health records for improved efficiency.

“This collaboration strengthens New Zealand’s presence in Vietnam’s healthcare sector, driving innovation and accessibility,” said Niru Rajakumar, CEO of McCrae Hospitals.
