Unveiled at LMT Lab Day and the upcoming IDS in Germany, 3Shape Dental System 2024 introduces several groundbreaking upgrades. Labs will now have access to AI-powered design proposals for crowns, inlays, and onlays at no additional cost with a 3Shape LabCare subscription. This feature eliminates the need for manual setup and ensures high-quality editable designs that streamline case management. The software also boosts efficiency with up to 10x faster case processing, 20x faster case reopening, and AI automation for routine tasks such as occlusal plane positioning and segmentation.

Further enhancements include a seamless integration between 3Shape LMS and Dental System to reduce administrative workload and improve data accuracy. The new TRIOS ioConnect Workflow for All-on-X treatments simplifies full-arch restorations, integrating TruAbutment's ioConnect elongated abutments with 3Shape's software and intraoral scanners. Additionally, 3Shape is eliminating physical software license dongles in favor of cloud-based licensing, ensuring easier updates and real-time access to purchased software.
